No Show Policy: No show reservations are subject to one night room charge and taxes, unless otherwise specified in cancellation policies.

Early Departures: Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing 48 hours prior to arrival; one night’s room and taxes will apply if guest departs early.

Cancellation Policy: The Williamsburg Hotel’s standard cancellation is by 3:00pm, 48 hours prior to arrival, but can vary based on the rate plan.  Please confirm the cancellation policy on your reservation prior to confirming reservation.

Minimum age for check in: Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on premises. A $300 daily cleaning fee will be applied to all rooms where smoke is apparent.

Pet Policy:   There is a one time, non-refundable $100.00 pet fee due at check in. Pets should not exceed 35lbs in weight.  We request that you let the hotel know prior to your arrival in writing so we can accommodate you on a pet friendly floor: All pets must be kept on a leash or other means of restraint while on hotel property, other than inside your room.  Pets are not allowed in the Rooftop Pool area under any circumstances, this also includes emotional support pets. Pets must be supervised when hotel employees are in the room.  Please coordinate with Guest Reception to have the Room Attendant service your room each morning. The hotel will charge for any damages caused by your pet to the hotel property.  Cost may include a cleaning cost and/or replacement cost when necessary.   

Taxes: The room is exclusive of sales tax at 8.875%, city tax at 5.875%, occupancy tax at USD $2.00 and Javits Centre tax at USD $1.50 per night.

Check-in/check-out time: Check in time is 4:00PM, check out time is 11:00AM. If you anticipate an earlier arrival we would advise you to book your room from the night before as we cannot guarantee an early check-in. Early check-in is subject to availability and charged at $75 per room.

Wireless Internet Access: The Williamsburg Hotel provides complimentary premium wireless internet access to all registered guests as well as our public and event spaces.

Rooftop Pool: Open Mon-Sun from 9am-5pm for hotel guests only. Guests receive x2 passes (per room) or x3 (per suite) booking. Residents may invite up to x2 additional guests ($200 per person inc children).  Due to covid, access is allocated via time slots each day (excluding day of check out) Fri, Sat & Sun; 9am-11:30am, 11:45am-2:30pm, 2:45pm-5:00pm.  Mon-Thurs; 9am-1pm, 1:15pm-5pm. We request guests make a daily reservations at check in.  Children are permitted Mon-Thurs 9am-1pm & Fri-Sun 9am-11:30am. Please note that pets are not permitted at the rooftop pool and surrounding rooftop pool area(s) for personal safety reasons. 

Cabanas rental Mon-Fri subject to minimum F&B spend of $250 and $400 Saturday-Sunday. 

Incidental charges - $300 will be held per one night stay, or $200 per two or more nights stay (no charges taken until check out)

Destination fee: the $35.00 + tax fee applied to each room per reservation, per stay provides access to our seasonal activities and much more.
