Dear Williamsburg Community,

As the premier luxury hotel in our beloved neighborhood, our top priority continues to be the health and safety of all of our guests and colleagues. We are closely monitoring the updates on the COVID-19 situation and meticulously following all safety and health guidelines from CDC. During these unprecedented times together, we remain steadfast and committed to providing a safe and secure destination for our guests. On top of this, we have crafted the Williamsburg Hotel Care -Stay with Confidence program designed to bring you the peace of mind you deserve.


Safety and Well Being with a Local

  • In order to protect our employees and the community during this time all guests must wear a face mask when entering the hotel. Face masks must be worn in any of our public areas except when dining outdoors.
  • We encourage our guests to practice social distancing by standing 6 feet apart from groups not traveling together.
  • The Williamsburg amenity bag will be provided to our guests that will include hand sanitizers and bandanas.
  • Health and hygiene reminders including washing hands for at least 20 seconds, shall be placed throughout the hotel.
  • Cleaning frequency to disinfect, doorhandles, surfaces, handrails, bathrooms surfaces and seating areas. Disinfecting of the elevators and all common areas including the Front Desk and Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Access to disinfectants and hand sanitizers positioned for guests, patrons and staff throughout the facilities. Disposable face masks will be provided for all guests visiting our property.
  • All guest room keys, pens, credit card terminals are cleaned with disinfectants on a daily basis.
  • We’ve trained the Hotel staff to minimize physical contact (i.e.handshakes, hugs, etc.)
  • Temperature screening/symptom checking of staff safely and respectfully, and in accordance with any applicable privacy laws and regulations.


Journey to Our Outlets

  • To adhere to FDA and State guidelines guests will be seated at every other table. We will continue to wash, rinse and sanitize food contact dishware, utensils, food preparation surfaces, and beverage equipment after use. All staff will sanitize their hands prior to serving or touching food.
  • The Williamsburg has implemented touchless QR Code Reader menu. You will no longer be asking the server for a paper menu. To exchange cash or card payments by placing on a receipt tray or on the counter to avoid hand to hand contact.
  • The overall capacity of all of our venues including the rooftop has been reduced by 50% to ensure all lounge chairs, daybeds and seating is at least 6 feet apart. All furniture has been positioned according to CDC guidelines.
  • Pool rules and Social Distancing guidelines as well as multiple sanitization stations are positioned strategically around the Rooftop.


Housekeeping Services

  • Guests staying between 1-3 nights will not receive housekeeping services
  • Guests staying longer than 4 nights will receive housekeeping services every 3 days
  • Light service is available for guests who need new towels or amenities, replenishing minibar, and emptying trash cans
